Priya Raman

Priya Raman is a partner in the firm’s corporate and real estate practices, advising developers, investors, and business owners on transactions that span company formation, commercial financing, and property acquisition. Her cross-disciplinary practice allows her to structure deals that account for both the corporate and real estate risk in a single transaction.

Priya joined Ashford & Rowe after several years advising real estate investment groups, where she developed an eye for the details that make or break a closing. She approaches every transaction as a problem to be solved efficiently, favoring clear communication over unnecessary complexity.
