Marcus Bell

Marcus Bell is a partner in the firm’s criminal defense and litigation practices, representing individuals and companies in white-collar investigations, felony matters, and complex civil disputes. His dual criminal and civil litigation background gives clients an advantage when a business dispute carries potential regulatory or criminal exposure.

Marcus spent the early part of his career as a prosecutor before moving to private practice, giving him firsthand insight into how the government builds and evaluates a case. He brings that same rigor to every matter he defends, treating early investigation as the foundation of a strong defense.

Marcus is a member of the state and national associations of criminal defense lawyers and periodically teaches trial advocacy workshops for newer attorneys. He has earned a reputation for calm, strategic counsel in some of the firm’s highest-stakes matters.
