Eleanor Ashford

Eleanor Ashford co-founded the firm and leads its corporate and commercial practice, advising boards and business owners on mergers, acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. Over her career she has guided companies through eight- and nine-figure deals, from early-stage financings to full company sales, and she remains the first call for founders navigating the biggest transaction of their lives.

Eleanor built her practice on the belief that great legal work is inseparable from great judgment. Before founding Ashford & Rowe, she trained at a large regional firm, where she learned to manage complex deals under pressure—an approach she has carried into a firm built around direct partner access and disciplined execution.
